The fact remains that you cannot learn how to start a conversation with a girl instantaneously, particularly if you are used to be surrounded by guys in your office or college. Obviously, practicing with a lot of girls can help, but the negative responses will stress you out. The right way to do it is practicing with lots of girls or women whom you do not have any romantic interest with. They may not attractive or hot, but the aim here is making yourself at ease around the opposite sex.

Here's what you should do: scale any girl you meet from 1-10 (I'm sure you have done that on regular basis) and pick whoever you feel comfortable to speak with and make an effort to strike a conversation. Let's say you give "six" to the waitress at a cafe and don't feel nervous around her. Go ahead and try to chat with her about her work, what she does when she is not at the workplace, and so on. In time, you'll want to keep raising the "level" of the girl while still being comfortable around them.

Before long, you'll learn how to start a conversation with a girl without being anxious or scared of being rejected; you may even have talked to an "8" girl easily. Naturally, trying to start a conversation with a girl whom you attracted with will pose different challenge, yet at this point you have got accustomed to be around women and you need to preserve that feeling.

Your body language can betray you, so ensure that you do this: keep upright posture as you walk to her, keep eye contact, and make sure that she sees you coming. Do not use submissive body language and tones like you are pleading her to accept you and do not show that you are nervous. The signs of nervousness are keep evading eye contact or playing with keys, matches, or other small objects in your hands.
